Statement against Forced Labor

In order to effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of workers, implement the provisions of the <China Labor Law>, the company state that it resolutely opposes all forms of forced labor, and fully protects the legitimate rights and interests of workers through the legal system with the <China Labor Law as the core, opposes the threat of any punishment, opposes forcing anyone to engage in all labor or services that are not voluntary, and the company promises that the following situations will not occur in the employment of workers and the whole supply chains.

1. Forced labor by violence, threats or illegal restriction of personal freedom.

2. Illegal command or forced risky operation endangers the personal safety of workers.

4. Poor working conditions and serious environmental pollution cause serious damage to the mental health of workers.

为切实维护劳动者的合法权益，贯彻落实《劳动法》的规定，我公司郑重申明，坚决反对一切形式的强迫劳动，并通过以《劳动法》为核心的法律体系充分保障公司员工的合法权益，反对以任何惩罚相威胁，反对强迫任何人从事非本人自愿的一切劳动或服务，公司承诺本公司以及整个供应链用工没有以下情形：

1、以暴力、威胁或非法限制人身自由等手段强迫劳动。

2、违章指挥或强令冒险作业危及劳动者人身安全。

3、侮辱、体罚、殴打、非法搜查或拘禁劳动者。

4、劳动条件恶劣、环境污染严重，给劳动者心健康造成严重损害。
